Featuring a flow control device to allow enough time for grease separation, this ENDURA grease interceptor has a white, easy-to-see baffle with a handle to ease inspection or cleaning. The baffle has its own air intake to help improve interceptor performance. A simple cam lever latch system eases cover removal (no rusting bolts to strip out or lose), and the latch system helps maintain an airtight seal to avoid odor and leakage.
